Chef Fábio Alves presents his creative cuisine, bold in technique and surprising in taste. Betting on the quality and freshness of the ingredients and excellence in service, SUBA's proposal is for an experience on a par with the renovated 18th-century historic palace.
During the week at lunch, from Monday to Friday, SUBA also offers an Executive Menu, renewed weekly, and always with welcome couvert, two options of starter, main course and dessert, ending with a selection of petit fours and coffee, for a value of 30€, without drinks. A good option for quicker meals, a working lunch, or simply not to miss the opportunity to visit the restaurant with one of the most breathtaking views of the city.
